- 1. FIBCs (BULK BAGS)
Capability: 275,000 bags per month
Lead time: 55 days delivery (25 days for producing, 30 days for shipping) after sample being confirmed
(1) Bag Construction and Design Features
a. Design: U-Panel, Circular (Tubular), 4-panel, Baffle, One Loop, 2 Loop, Conical.
b. Fabric: From 3 oz. to 9 oz. 100% virgin polypropylene, uncoated or coated, circular woven or flat woven, any colors, UV stabilization meets US and European FIBCs standards.
c. Safety factor: 5:1 for single trip, 6:1 for UN bag, 8:1 for multiple-trip use.
d. Food and Pharmaceutical Grade Bag: produced in the special contamination control workshop. All the bags are vacuumed and processed through the metal detection as final control check.
e. UN Certified bag: For transportation of hazardous waste use, certified by the official inspection authorities of China government, per the requirement from customers
f. Groundable (conductive, Type C) bag: For protection against electrostatic hazards
g. Breathable (Ventilated) Bag: Using specially woven fabric, for the agricultural products require ventilating packaging, keeping products in fresh condition.
h. Sift proof: Single non-woven filler cord sift proof seams, Double filler cord sift proof seams and Triple sift proof seams (double filler cord plus a non-woven filler cord).
We are very good at special baffle bags with sift proof seams.
i. Quality control: Our plants have full line of testing equipment to test all our products and would like to provide our test reports on safety factor, fabric strength, loop tensile, UV resistance etc. as per the customer’s requirement.
(2) Top and Bottom Design
a. Fill Top: Open Top, Fill Spout, Duffel (Skirt), Conical top with fill spout, Top flap with zip closure, Box top with fill spout, Star closure with fill spout
b. Discharge Bottom: Flat (Plain), Discharge spout, conical with discharge spout, Full open, Remote discharge, Bottom flap
c. Closure Style: Star (petal) closure, Bonnet (pajama) closure, Diaper, Full open
d. Closure Accessories: Flat tape, B-lock, Velcro, Rope tube, Metal lock, Clip, Fix lock.
(3) Loop Lift
a. Loop Lift Style: Side seam loop, Cross corner loop, Sleeve, Stevedore, Single point, Two loop. Any colors and tensile as per the customer’s requirement.
(4) Liner
a. Liner Materials: High or Low Density PE, Aluminum, Metalized/Nylon/Co-extruded, Carbon
b. Liner Style: Form-fit, Tubing, Gusseted
c. Line Attachment: Loose insertion, Glued in, Sewn in, Tie in
d. Container Liner: Container size liner, available for 20’ and 40’ container.
(5) Identification
a. Printing: up to 4 colors, 4 sides.
b. Document Pouch: Zip lock, flap, zipper lock, PE or PP material as per the customer’s requirement.
c. Label: Distributor label, End user warning label, Bar code label
(6) Packaging
a. Custom bale size: We pack our bulk bags as per the customer’s requirements to ensure that it looks presentable and is as economical as possible. All our bags are packed in the bale form using our heavy duty baling machine with 150 up metric ton pressure. We can put 25 to 300 Bulk bags in one bale with this baling machine due to its heavy duty cylinders and use our own tie tapes to strap these bales. We always take an extra effort to make these bales as compact as possible to save cost for both us and our customers. Usually we can put around18 metric tons in a standard 40’ container and 20 metric ton in a 40’ high cube container.
b. Packing: We can offer bales without pallets, or bales on non solid wood pallet/slip sheet. All the bales have the bale marks as per the customer’s requirement.
(7) Service
a: Graphic Design: As a value-added service, our graphic designers will be happy to design, enhance or totally re-design the look of your current bags, printing, label. All customer existing graphic files can be sent to us via e-mail. Our attention to detail ensures precise, high-quality, printed graphic images every time.
b. Free Sample: we offer free sample and deliver to our customer for inspecting and testing.
c. On line updating: As we know the biggest barrier to overseas suppliers is uncertainty, we provide our customers with real time feedback with photos by e-mail to show the product and print in process as well as packing status. Further, our operating office in Chicago, USA will enable our American customers to contact us during their office hours.
2. PP WOVEN FABRIC
Capability: 12 containers per month

(1) PP Woven Fabric for Small Woven Bags and FIBC Bags
We also export Circular or Flat Woven Fabrics with the required fabric weight and mesh to convert them to small pp woven bag or FIBC Bags at customer’s end or to use them as cover for textile packing, upholstery and carpet packing. PP woven fabrics can be supplied in any color and are made as per the specific requirement of the customer. PP Woven Circular Fabrics are available in rolls of various sizes and other specifications as per the customer’s requirement.
We can produce these fabrics up to a maximum width of 1.25 meters tube and 2.50 meters lay flat and a minimum of 40cm tube and 80cm lay flat. Our fabric may be produced in different colors as per the choice of the customer and may be given in form of cut sheets, which may have a further option of being printed. The fabric can be laminated inside or outside, depending upon the application of the end users and can be cut with a zigzag style. We can produce these fabrics with a maximum of 300 GSM, in specially designed looms for producing Bulk bag fabric only.
(2) Geotextile
We offer full line geotextiles: woven geotextile, non-woven geotextile, silt fence, pavement products.
3. PP WOVEN AND PAPER BAGS
Capability: PP WOVEN BAG – 8 containers per month
BOPP AND PAPER BAG – 4 containers per month

Material: Kraft paper laminated with PP woven fabric, can be available in colors and weights as per the customer’s requirement.
Printing: up to 4 colors, can be printed on the body and gussets. (3) Paper Bag
Material: Kraft paper / Bleached paper, can be available in colors and weights as per the customer’s requirement.
Option: 2 ply, 3 ply, 4 ply.
